Particle board made of wood or other lignocellulosic material. After applying adhesive, it is made of artificial board which is glued under the action of heat and pressure. It is mainly used in furniture and construction industry, train and car. The chip plywood (such as “solid wood particle board”) is the pieces of wood raw materials, such as cutting into a certain specification, after drying, mixing with adhesive, curing, waterproofing agent, in a certain temperature to suppress and become a kind of man-made plank. Because the chip plywood’s structure is more even, and processing performance is good, it can be processed into a large surface board according to the needs, it is the better raw materials to make of furniture with different specifications, styles . The manufactured chip plywood does not need to be dry again, also can be used directly, sound absorption and sound insulation performance is also good.

OSB, full name is Oriented Strand Board, is an engineered wood particle board formed by layering strands (flakes) of wooden specific orientations. In appearance, it may have a rough and variegated surface with the individual strips of around 2.5 x 15 cm (1″ x 6″), lying unevenly across each other.
Four types of OSB
OSB-1- is intended for use in conditions of low humidity (furniture, paneling, and packaging).
